  Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Manchester United appears to be up in the air at the moment. The Portuguese star returned to Old Trafford in 2021, signing a two year contract, though there is uncertainty over whether he will be at the club next season or if he’s had enough of playing in a side that is failing to compete for silverware. You would think that, at 37, Ronaldo would be willing to take a backseat in the team because I can’t see another top club — winning domestic titles — willing to sign him in the summer.

  Manchester United have been advised to sell as many as ten players in this summer’s transfer window. The Red Devils are having a hugely disappointing season, with the club looking unlikely now to finish in the top four and qualify for next season’s Champions League.

 On loan Manchester United star James Garner is marking his credentials to break into the first team next season.  Garner, who is currently on loan with Nottingham Forest, was part of the Championship teams starting xi when they resoundly knocked Arsenal out of the FA Cup earlier in the season, and he is playing a starring role once again tonight.

Two Italian clubs are interested in bringing Diogo Dalot back to Italy, with the player currently holding talks with Manchester United over a new contract. According to Calciomercato, Fiorentina and Roma are the two clubs interested in the player, whose current deal expires in 2023. Dalot spent some time in Italy on loan at AC Milan, making 21 appearances. The report states that Manchester United do not want to lose the Portuguese defender and are looking to extend his current deal. Whether this is due to wanting to increase the value of the right-back or to keep him as a first-team option going forward, remains to be seen.
